Daily exposure to news about coronavirus may result in a range of responses. Reactions can be emotional, somatic, and/or behavioral, and can impact mental and physical health. It is important to be aware of your reactions to the outbreak and know strategies to cope with distress. The mental health and welfare of our students is important to use even from a distance.  We have the following  measures in place to accommodate our most sensitive scholars.  In addition to our counselor attending a Telemental Health certification course, our counselors have selected character lessons to be provided in homeroom sessions, as well as, created a separate google classrooms for small group and individual sessions.  Our schedule also accommodates for separate 1:1 virtual sessions for ESE and ESOL students.
